SCHEDULING-WE WILL TRY TO SCHEDULE YOU WITH A TIME THAT SOMEONE WILL BE THERE.  WE DO ARE BEST TO BE THERE WITHIN A TEN TO FIFTEEN MINUET WINDOW OF THAT TIME IF WE ARE RUNNING BEHIND.  THIS WAY YOU ARE NOT WAITING ALL DAY FOR THE PLUMBER TO SHOW UP!!!

PRICES-FOR NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS SERVICE CALLS WE CHARGE $78/HOUR.  OUR HOURS OF BUSINESS ARE 7:30AM TO 4:00PM. HOWEVER, IF YOU CALL AFTER 1PM AND YOU WANT SERVICE THAT DAY IT WILL BE CONSIDERED AN AFTER HOURS CALL AND THE COST WILL BE $120/HOUR. THIS IS BECAUSE BY THAT TIME OUR DAY IS FULL AND WE WILL HAVE TO HAVE OUR SERVICEMAN STAY AND WORK OVERTIME TO GET YOUR JOB DONE.

ESTIMATES-OUR ESTIMATES ARE FREE. WE WILL SEND SOMEONE OUT TO LOOK AT YOUR PROJECT IF IT IS A REMODEL OR ADDITION. IF YOU WANT AN ESTIMATE ON SERVICE WORK IT WILL BE TIME AND MATERIALS. WE DO NOT GIVE ESTIMATES OVER THE PHONE AS WE CAN NOT SEE THE JOB. WE CAN GIVE YOU PRICES OF CERTAIN ITEMS, SUCH AS TOILETS, SINKS, GARBAGE DISPOSALS, FAUCETS, OVER THE PHONE.

WARRANTY-WE HAVE A 1 YEAR WARRANTY ON OUR WORK AND MATERIALS FOR NEW CONSTRUCTION, REMODELS, AND SERVICE WORK, EXCEPT FOR DRAIN AND SEWER CLEANING.

I want to let you know that I was very pleased with your prompt service that I received and the young man that made the service call was very professional and performed the needed repairs in a short period of time. I just moved to Pullman in July and was quite surprised when he told me that I did not have to pay him, that I would receive a bill in the mail.Needless to say it is great to do business with a company that has trust and integrity.
